Booking and cancellation policy
To book any appointment, a 50% deposit of the total service price is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due on the day of the appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 48h in advance , the deposit will be retained . If you reschedule less than 48h in advance , you will forfeit the deposit.
Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded in case of appointment cancellation .
Additionally, for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance , 25% of the total service price must be paid.
Tardiness and non-assistance policy
In the event of a delay between 5 and 20 minutes , the reserved service will be reduced in the following cases: exfoliation and massage, decoration time, nail polish, heel cleaning, russian manicure/pedicure.
If the delay is greater than 20 minutes , the appointment will be cancelled and 75% of the reserved service must be paid , or one of the appointments from the voucher purchased for that service will be exchanged .
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice , you will not be able to book a new appointment until you have paid 100% of the originally booked service.
